Peaceful Sleep

Eleven days in and I’m starting to sleep through the night. I think it’s called sheer exhaustion!

Just remember, hostages form this strange bond with their persecutors - they actually identify with them!
You don't have to do this, there's always Paris!

Ev, I'm glad you are sleeping better. Your experience of being helped by a strange man reminds me of my experience in Egypt, climbing up an impossibly steep slope from the Valley of the Kings, and being helped by someone called Mohammed! Hang in there. It all sounds really wonderful. Did you read my comment on 24 June? Baby is doing very well. His mum would like to be having more sleep.

A week on - sounds like one heck of a sleep in!

I think one large bottle of Bundy is supposed to be sipped over several days, nor downed in one sitting, Ev!
WAKE UP!!

After this a course on the Brecon Becons in Wales with the SAS should be a doddle. We (Maria and I) are with you every step of the way,if not physically then mentally. Mind you there are not many people as 'mental' as I am so they say. For confirmation just ask your Dad Ev. Take care and have a wonderful time.
